Robinne Collie

Robinne started Food@Work in 2002, after relocating to the UK from South Africa. Prior to setting up the business, she worked in advertising as a media planner for a global agency, and in client services for a global IT e-commerce firm.
Robinne works with her team of professional chefs and learning experts to design and deliver highly engaging experiential culinary programmes for clients.
Her knowledge and experience of team development and how to help business people build relationships is extensive, having worked for the past 18 years with clients across all sectors, and at all levels of business from CEO's to graduates. She is a highly experienced facilitator, and an accredited practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) diagnostic tools.
In her spare time (there is not much) she runs a monthly charity cooking group to support food provision to the homeless shelter in her local area. Through her brand uFoodie, she holds private cooking classes for adults and kids, and delivers cooking parties in peoples homes. She set up and administers the foodie Facebook group, Top Tips for Cooking which offers help, support, tips and tricks on all things foodie!

Felicity Lee

Felicity has worked with Food@Work for well over a decade, helping to shape the Learning & Development solutions we include in our designs. She is an experienced consultant, Chartered Business Psychologist and Executive Coach. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, team facilitation and coaching, addressing areas such as managing change, resolving conflict and enhancing innovation, working with individual management, teams and leaders.
She has worked for a diverse range of clients in the public and private sectors both in the UK and internationally in the Finance, Transport, Telecomms, Retail, Insurance, Law, Airlines, Charity, Property sectors. She was the business psychologist on BBC3’s “Be your own boss”, a panel psychologist on BBC1 Documentary “What Am I Like – The Personality Test using the MBTI and a Business Psychologist on The Apprentice You're Fired
