Quick Cut Tomatoes

Look at this fabulous way to quickly cut through tomatoes for grilling/stuffing. Do the same with cherry tomatoes for easy salads.

F@W wants to promote the idea of cooking with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, available at specific times in the year in the UK. 

Just imagine the taste of a British grown strawberry, eaten in summer with a dollop of Devonshire clotted cream. It feels so right! Now, compare that with the experience eating a supermarket strawberry in January - there is no comparison.  January demands home-grown apples and pears, preferably in a crumble!
