Corporate Social Responsibility programmes
Food@Work ABOUT:
In addition to meeting the primary objectives of a programme (e.g. team building, leadership development, employee engagement etc), all Food@Work solutions and format designs may be adapted and extended to support our clients in achieving their corporate social responsibility objectives. The CSR Cooking Challenge provides a unique channel through which to be charitable, by supporting vulnerable and underprivileged people in local communities, in particular regarding their basic need for food.

FORMATS:
There are many innovative ways that our clients can contribute through our programmes, ranging from donations of prepared food items, through to cooking in homeless centres and running the food service for large scale charity fundraisers e.g. gala dinners and community food fairs. Please contact us directly for further information on format options to suit your needs.

FLEXIBILE DESIGN AND DELIVERY:
  • Group sizes: Programmes can be delivered for group sizes from 4 to 150+ (numbers dependant on location and type of event).
  • Locations: Programmes are delivered through our partner network of hotels, restaurants and private properties, with commercial kitchens where participants can cook. For CSR formats, we have relationships with a number of community and homeless centres where the programmes can be run. We deliver nationally in the UK, from city centres to country retreats.
  • Timings & Itineraries: Every programme is designed to suit each client's specific needs. Itineraries range from evening events to half-day, full-day or two day residential formats. All our programmes can be integrated into existing itineraries, for example, conferences and existing team/ graduate/ management and leadership development programmes.
OUR FACILITATION TEAM:
All our programmes are facilitated by our professional and award winning chef team and managed by our excellent event hosts. When applicable to meet the needs of the programme, our facilitation team would also include expert people development consultants and nutritionists.

WHY WORK WITH US:
We have extensive experience developing executive capabilities through the engaging medium of food and cooking, and an exceptional reputation with our 100+ corporate and public sector clients, including Tesco, HSBC, Nokia, GlaxoSmithKline, PWC. Our focus is clearly on delivering real and lasting business value for our clients and exceeding their expectations. We are dynamic, innovative and never complacent!
