Graduate Assessment Programmes
Food@Work The Gourmet Challenge experiential cooking programme provides a rich environment for observers to assess graduate potential, and plan for their development.

INTEGRATED DESIGN
The programme is tailored to support the broader objectives of each client's graduate assessment programme, and is designed to optimally support and integrate with the design, style, timings and key learning areas of the programme.

GROUP SIZES AND APPLICABILITY
The programme is designed to accommodate geographically and culturally diverse groups of graduates who have joined UK companies from all over the UK and the world. Most of our client graduate teams reflect the global and multinational aspects of their business. .

LOCATIONS
We deliver our graduate programmes through our partner network of hotels, restaurants and private properties - all with fabulous kitchens where participants can cook. We often deliver at clients' residential training centres if facilities are available to us, or with the venue selected by clients as the location for the broader graduate programme. We deliver nationally in the UK.

OUR FACILITATION TEAM
All cookery events are facilitated by our professional and award winning chef team and managed by our experienced event hosts. When applicable to meet the needs of the programme, our facilitation team would also include expert people development consultants and nutritionists. Graduate programmes often include an additional team of client observers, with whom we will work to integrate the experiential element of our cooking events with the internal learning and development agenda.

THEMES - ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE AND VALUE
In addition to our ability to deliver any culinary theme desired by our clients, our experiential cooking format has proven to be an ideal opportunity to highlight and reinforce some key organisational and cultural themes and/or messages e.g. healthy eating, cultural diversity, and/or "living the brand" (reflecting the client's own products, brand or values in the menu).
