Our Team
Food@Work The Food@Work® team is a highly experienced and motivated group of individuals, each contributing uniquely to the effectiveness and success of our solutions.

Robinne Collie
Founder and Managing Director
In 2002 Robinne identified a gap in the market to use food and cooking as a medium for people development. Combining her love for food and cooking with her interest in people, particularly team dynamics, Robinne has grown and expanded the business from start-up to an established people development and event company with more than 90 corporate clients. Robinne leads Food@Work® in the design, promotion and implementation of innovative and exciting solutions to meet our clients' needs. In addition to her Managing Director role, Robinne is responsible specifically for sales and marketing. Outside of work Robinne is married with two beautiful children. Any free time she finds is spent as a typical "foodie"; cooking fabulous food for friends and family, watching 'Masterchef' and reading cookbooks. Robinne has a BA in psychology and politics, diplomas in media, advertising & marketing, and is a certified MBTI practitioner. Robinne has extensive experience across a wide range of industries, in the fields of sales, marketing and HR (learning & development).

Clive Fogelman
Operations Manager
Clive is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all Food@Work® events, including “The Gourmet Challenge®”. Clive brings together all the variable elements of each event, and manages their delivery in the most exciting and engaging way to best meet the needs of our clients'. His passion for all things food, his energy and drive and skill as an event facilitator make him most at home in front of our clients. Clive has facilitated events for teams as small as 5 and as large as 100, ranging from Sushi masterclasses and speciality cocktails and canapés sessions to 5-course gourmet and gala dinners. Outside of work Clive is an avid football fan (Arsenal!) and is a qualified FA Football Coach. He contributes spare time to various voluntary and charity projects. He has a passion for the arts and of course anything to do with food — even just talking about it! Clive has a BSc in International Business Management, and has studied and worked abroad.

Shannon Yeates
Event Manager
Shannon joined Food@Work® in the summer of 2007. Her role is to co-ordinate the multitude of tasks that are required for each unique Food@Work® cooking and development experience. Shannon loves the combination of food and people, and feels enormous pride and satisfaction seeing our clients thoroughly enjoy each event. Originally from Australia, Shannon came to London 3 years ago with a master plan to travel through Europe. Having developed an addiction to the UKTV Food channel and the London food scene, she has found the perfect job at Food@Work®, combining her love of food and enjoyment of a challenge. Shannon lives a very active lifestyle and enjoys an extensive social network. Whenever there is a spare moment to travel, she'll be on that plane! Shannon's experience lies in sales & marketing, small business start-up and promotional merchandising.

Gabriella Karney
Sales Manager
Gabriella is the latest addition to the Food@Work® team —. Her role is to support sales and marketing activities. Gabriella has a broad work experience: her background in teaching, new business start-up, management consulting, event planning and learning & development makes her well equipped for the exciting environment of Food@Work®. Gabriella has a BA (Hons) degree in English and History and is a teacher by training. She has a keen interest in learning and development, the psychology of teams, leadership development and organisational behaviour. When it comes to food and cooking, Gabriella loves to experiment with different cuisines, but at the same time remains true to her Hungarian origins. Her passion and creativity manifests itself on the dinner table every evening — much to her husband's delight! Outside work Gabriella finds time to cook a scrumptious birthday BBQ for 80 friends and family, organise a charitable culinary and educational field trip to her historic home town in Hungary, climb a mountain, travel to remote, exotic places and sail.

Jonathan Collie
Commercial Director
Jonathan is a medical doctor with an MBA whose career has spanned both the clinical (surgery and orthopaedics) and corporate worlds (consulting director with global providers of information technology services). Jonathan's extensive experience in healthcare and complex change management programmes coupled with global commercial experience brings considerable strength and business rigour to Food@Work®. Encouraged by Robinne to join the business in December 2006, Jonathan has focused on extending the capability capacity, and flexibility of the company. Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, pursuing outdoor pleasures (hiking, climbing, swimming, diving, sailing) and slowly discovering the "foodie" within — though realising the full potential of Food@Work® has now become his true passion.
